A 2 day seminar with plenary sessions with national speakers and interactive workshops on both days. There are also various exhibitions - one for the pharmaceutical industry, another for professional organisations and posters that showcase the work that MI pharmacists are undertaking to develop and advance MI services.

Key note speakers on Thursday include Dr Keith Ridge, the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer at the Department of Health who will talk about current pharmacy issues including medicines optimisation and Alexia Tonnel who is the Director for Evidence Resources at NICE.
Other topics include - the philosophy behind shared decision making and how shared decision making impacts on our practice; the current and future management of diabetes; how to deal with antibiotic resistance; current research in Parkinsons disease and managing common medication issues and the implications of the change in EU legislation for pharmacovigilance activities.
