Annual conference for the Primary and Community Care Pharmacy Network. The agenda will include sessions on Homecare services, HPV, antipsychotic use in care homes, accountable officer experiences, patient safety and updates from Health Care Commission and CSCI. There is a heavy emphasis on commissioning services with safety in medicines management as a priority.
