The Reducing Medication Errors fifth annual conference, "Managing risk and improving patient safety in clinical practice".

The conference will cover a range of topics, and includes workshops on competence and performance in prescribing practice, patient safety trigger tools and side effects, reducing medications errors in primary care, and medicolegal risk and medication errors.
