I am a lead clinical pharmacist for care of the elderly (RAD) in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde working in the Southern General hospital. I provide services to two wards, one for stroke and the other for patients in long term rehabilitation who have either multiple sclerosis or brain injuries.
