Conotrane cream

Question:

What do you think about Conotrane cream?

On the basis of it's dimeticone 22% content, is it helpful for maintaining barrier?

I have found it very good as an emollient; perhaps less acceptable than eg. Diprobase, but it is very soothing on angry skin. Does any sustained use of the benzylkonium chloride content prove a problem? Also, it is very cheap to buy!

Ichthyosis and Eucerin cream

Question:

Regarding ichthyosis, you say that urea creams should only be used occasionally, but Eucerin 10% cream is specifically indicated for the treatment of this and certainly does not mention for occasional use only.

Can you come back to me on this, please?
