I have made the following comment :-
My view regarding this most distressing case is that the RPSGB should take the following actions :-
1) Provide this former pharmacist with any support that she needs
2) If she ever desires it, help this former pharmacist to return to the register
3) Campaign vigorously to decriminalise dispensing errors
