How do I engage with community pharmacists...

...for workforce research that is?

I'm a poor lowly PhD student looking at the role that commitment plays in the intentions and behaviours of community pharmacists. Unfortunately, I am not a pharmacist myself and so am very much of the vantage point of "outsider looking in".

I seem to have been asking everyone, about engaging community pharmacists, other then community pharmacists themselves, so here I am. How do I get a group of community pharmacists to come together in one place for a discussion? or How do I lure community pharmacists to participate in interviews?
