Pay scales

I feel community pharmacy should pay technicians the same way as the hospitals. Someone with 10-20 years experince still earns a pathetic £16 000/year even with the necessary qualificatons. Its high this has to be reviewed. There is now a high turnover of ACT in the community in favour of rewarding careers in the NHS.
