I recently read this article (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1197437/Ba...) in a copy of the Daily Mail that had been brought in to a pharmacy I was working at.
I was shocked at the absence of basic details (which penicillin and what strength/ml) and presence of basic errors ('The doctor had written three spoons of 3ml penicillin three times a day') in what is essentially a moral judgement against an individual for making a simple error. Oh the irony.
I sincerely hope that the society will be making represetations about the nature of this reporting to Daily Mail and higher if necessary.
Sickening.
