Since we published the 'returner' article in the PJ recently, we have heard from several returners who are looking for work shadowing or related opportunities, prior to taking on responsibilities in a single-handed environment.
If there are individuals, organisations or agencies that think they could help with this (especially for community pharmacy), it would be good to hear from them.
Sometimes this sort of activity used to be taken on by branches, and may in future be tacked locally - but in the meanwhile all offers of help would be useful.
