Care Homes Prescribing Technician

Band 5 £20,225 - £26,123
37.5 hours per week (full, part time or job share considered)
The Technician will work with the Care Home Pharmacist to liaise with homes, GP’s and community pharmacists in optimising medicines use in the care homes which will require good communication and negation skills. You will also have a role in supporting information transfer as part of admission and discharge procedures.
