Compounding Unit Manager Leicester
Basic starting salary from £50k-£60k pa, depending on experience (plus benefits and personal performance bonus)

Nova requires a qualified Pharmacist with experience of staff management within a dynamic, customer and/or patient-focused organisation.

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to achieve deadlines through an organised and methodical approach to their work.

The successful applicant will have professional and managerial responsibility for the staff, facilities, processes and logistics involved in the provision of a ‘rapid response’ compounding service to NHS hospitals and the community pharmacy network. An element of project management will also be required, as we are currently involved in the development and licensing of various ‘own brand’ formulations.

A suitably experienced and commercially-minded post-holder could also have the opportunity to lead the continued expansion and diversification of this established business, through direct interaction with existing and potential customers.

The incentives provided by the company will enable the right candidate, with enthusiasm, drive and initiative, to add significantly to the attractive basic salary already provided.
