Soar Beyond is an innovative independent consultancy and medicines management solutions provider. We have an exciting opportunity to expand the medicines management support we provide to a leading edge Practice - Based Commissioning group in Buckinghamshire - United Commissioning.
We have already helped the PBC group to take on the medicines management budget and to develop a 5 year strategic vision in partnership with local GPs- with an emphasis on quality patient care balanced with cost-effectiveness.
Soar Beyond are now seeking enthusiastic and motivated primary care pharmacists to help implement and further develop this innovative strategy that will enable the commissioning and delivery of medicines management services across different primary care settings.
Training will be provided and CPD supported. Full Time (fixed term) / Part Time / Employed / Sessional Terms will be considered.
Applicants must have:
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
• Experience of providing practice based advice
• Good face to face consultation skills
• Proven ability to influence change in primary care
Desirable Attributes are:
• Post graduate qualification
• Supplementary/Independent Prescribing Qualification
