As a member of a team of Pharmacists, you will be part of our front line service speaking directly to patients and providing pharmacy related advice during our busiest periods.
Flexible working arrangements are available with a variety of weekend and evening shifts to suit both the needs of NHS24 and personal circumstances. All shifts will provide cover in the out-of-hours period, with a minimum requirement of 28 hours a month. Enhanced unsocial hours payments will be made for shifts commencing from 8pm onwards midweek, and Saturday and Sunday shifts.
With membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and at least three years’ experience, you will have a robust working knowledge of primary care pharmacy, in particular within the community setting. Excellent communication skills and the desire to work as part of a multidisciplinary team are pre-requisite as are up to date knowledge of clinical pharmacy and some experience of medicine information provision, in any setting.
You will be supported by NHS24’s Regional Pharmacy Advisor network, CPD and period of induction training.
