The Grünenthal Pain Awards are open for entries from individuals, groups and collaborative projects that bring together professionals from various disciplines to submit projects in pain management that show innovation and a significant improvement in patient care.

Applications are invited for the 2011/2012 Shire Awards for Gastrointestinal Excellence.
The awards are designed to allow individuals, units and healthcare networks in GI care to be recognised for innovative work, share best practice and raise standards of patient care.

Restricted contentSocial enterprises and professional associations are invited to apply to Sanofi-aventis’s patient group bursary scheme for projects developing capacity to deliver health services to the NHS, improving and promoting patient empowerment and information, and reducing health inequalities.
Two successful groups will be awarded grants of £25,000 each.

A total of £55,000 is available to those requiring funding between PhD and post-doctoral grants, those requiring funding to go from MPhil to PhD, practitioners new to research and PhD students requiring research costs to enhance their PhDs.
