Schwarz Pharma is issuing a number of batches of Neupro (rotigotine) transdermal patches in cartons containing pouches that have been over-labelled.
Pouches from the following batches are Italian-labelled stock, overlabelled with the appropriate UK text:
- Neupro 2mg/24 hours (28 pack), batches 47893206, 47893207 and 47893208
- Neupro 4mg/24 hours (28 pack), batches 47893412, 47893413 and 47893414
- Neupro 8mg/24 hours (28 pack), batches 47893805, 47893806 and 47893807
All affected batches expire December 2008. This follows a similar announcement regarding Neupro 6mg/24 hours patches (PJ, 25 August 2007, p203).
