Progress has undoubtedly been made at the Court of Appeal in the overturning of Mrs Lee's custodial sentence; but in light of events there resulting in her still having a criminal record, the outcome cannot be considered just. The sooner that the promised Crown Prosecution Service dispensing errors guidance can be published and implemented at last, and that the Medicines Act can be overhauled, the better.
