NMS

Cant take too long. Going to Sainsbury's for an evening shift. Yesterday rang 3 patients who had agreed to be part of the NMS and was told by 2 that their medicine was nothing to do with me, but 3rd I had to leave a message on ansafone. He rang back and was happy to do NMS-2 by phone, despite having originally registered for face-to-face. Pleased at last one, but very discouraged by 1st 2

Have already spoken to 7-8 patients for engagement. All are more than happy to have my involvement, and it has been very encouraging. I work in an independant, but have worked previously for the supermarkets (for 10 years) and am not at all surprised by the Andrew's experience.
