As I am a bit long in the tooth, a mentor would be of little use to me, BUT I would love to mentor a newly qualified, passing on the expereiences of the last 30 odd years in pharmacy - it's highs and it's lows. To be able to take a new pharmacist, and to be able to say to them Don't do this do that - you'll be happier.
